    MX-300 Copper Wires Granulators

    Products Description

The MG 150 is a compact copper granulator specifically designed to recover copper from cables while consuming minimal energy. The equipment can process 330 to 660 pounds of material per hour. The MG 150 granulator is able to separate fine and hard wires through a shredding and separation process and features a self-cleaning mode to reduce maintenance and remove dust.

    Working Process
The MX-300 cable granulator is a recovery system designed to separate aluminum or copper from a wide variety of discarded wire or cable formats. This compact granulator reduces cables and wires to granular sizes using a MX-300 blade configuration. The metal granules are then separated by weight from other materials like plastic through an airflow process, in which an adjustable flow of air separates the lighter components from the heavier. At the end of the process the granules empty into two separate bins.

Some parts of the MX-300 are sound proof to reduce the noise generated by the pulverizing process. The machine includes a self-cleaning feature that removes industrial dust, which helps you reduce the amount of time needed for maintenance.

    Machine Specification

    • Capacity: 100-200 Kgs. per hour
    • Dimensions: 1900x1730x1900 mm
    • Weight: 1700 Kgs.
    • Motor: 15 Kw

    Final Product

The copper wires granulators process waste electirc wire and cable into copper and plastic granule. Copper is separated from the plastic, separation efficiency can be 99%. For the copper granule, it can be sold directly or go to further refining.

Electric cable shredding plant can be implemented with optional equipment to increase their production capacity when customers needs increase.
