1. Refrigerator disassembly equipment

Processing equipment
1. Crusher
Crusher is a commonly used processing equipment in the recycling of waste household appliances, which can further break the disassembled parts into small pieces. According to different needs, there are many types of crushers, such as hammer crusher, jaw crusher, etc. Hammer crusher uses high-speed rotating hammer to hit the material to break it, which is suitable for processing mixed materials such as plastics and metals; jaw crusher breaks the material through the relative extrusion movement of the movable jaw and the static jaw, and is often used to process metal parts with higher hardness. The particle size of the crushed material is smaller, which is convenient for subsequent sorting and reprocessing.
2. Incinerator (for parts containing harmful substances)
For parts containing harmful substances such as polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) in waste household appliances, incinerators can be used for harmless treatment. Advanced incinerators are equipped with a complete flue gas purification system. During the high-temperature incineration process, harmful substances are decomposed, and the flue gas generated is treated by desulfurization, denitrification, dust removal, etc. before it meets the emission standards. However, incineration consumes energy and may produce a small amount of difficult-to-handle residue, so it is usually used as a supplement to other treatment methods.
Sorting equipment
1. Magnetic separator
Magnetic separators use magnetic force to separate ferromagnetic materials from mixed materials. In the recycling of waste household appliances, the crushed materials enter the magnetic separator, and the metal iron is adsorbed on the drum of the magnetic separator. As the drum rotates, it is transported to a designated position to separate from other materials. This equipment has high sorting efficiency and can effectively recover iron metals in waste household appliances. It is widely used in various waste household appliance recycling production lines.
2. Eddy current separator
Eddy current separators are mainly used to separate non-ferrous metals, such as copper and aluminum. When materials containing non-ferrous metals pass through the magnetic field area of the eddy current separator, the non-ferrous metals will generate induced eddy currents, which will then generate repulsive force to separate them from the material flow. The equipment has a significant sorting effect on non-ferrous metals, which can improve the recovery rate of metals such as copper and aluminum in waste household appliances and increase the value of resource recovery.
