Mingxin Electric Heat CRT Cutting system is used to sepeate the glass at panel and glass at rear part called funnel, suck and collect the fluorescent powder. All steps are eco-friendly, no pollution produced.Then Collect Fluorescent powder to avoid environment pollution.
Working Principle
1. First Encircle the CRT monitor edge by Ni-Chrome Belt
2. Connect Electric heat tube and Ni-chrome belt. Then turn on electric power.
3 .To cut the edge between panel and funnel by high temperature Ni-Chrome Belt.
4. Finish cutting And use Cleaner to collect Fluorescent Powder
